MY HEALING JOURNEY & WORK
Hi, I’m Bronwyn, and I’m here to help you move through the blocks keeping you stuck, so you can finally feel safe enough to step into the dream life you know you’re meant for.
Most people know me as a singer-songwriter. But what many don’t know is that behind the music was a long and deeply personal healing journey. One that cracked me open, rebuilt me, and ultimately led me to this work.
I’m trained in Energy Healing, Breathwork, NLP, and Astrology, and I now blend these modalities to create deeply personalised healing experiences that support emotional release, nervous system regulation, subconscious rewiring and creative expansion.
For years, I struggled with epilepsy, which I later discovered was deeply connected to repressed trauma from early childhood. Uncovering and healing the underlying trauma and patterns changed everything for me physically, emotionally and creatively, and became a huge part of why I’m so passionate about this work now.
My work focuses on helping creatives, visionaries and entrepreneurs move through the emotional, energetic and nervous system patterns underneath self-sabotage, burnout, creative block and fear of being seen, so they can stop forcing and start creating from a more aligned, embodied place.
✨ My mission is simple: To create safe spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, process what their body has been carrying, and build the capacity to hold more creativity, visibility, purpose and expansion in their lives.
