In today's society, we're often in a state of fight or flight with high stress and cortisol levels, making it impossible for our bodies to heal. Energy Healing allows the body to enter a state of homeostasis so the healing can begin. It allows the stuck energy to start flowing in the body and come to the surface so we can release what's no longer serving us.
